St. Regis Bora Bora Opens New Italian Restaurant

The St. Regis Bora Bora is pleased to announce the opening of its fourth restaurant, Far Niente.

The Italian brick-oven restaurant will highlight the mouthwatering cuisine of Northern Italy with sprinkes of Polynesian flavors, directed by Chef Loic Pfeiffer.

Working closely with his culinary team on site, Pfeiffer crafted a menu filled with Italian favorites coupled with island and local flavor. Signature dishes include Tagliatelles Tartuffo – a delicious homemade pasta cooked in a creamy truffle sauce topped with grated truffle; and the Minestrone of Local Fruits and Vegetables served with Taha’a Island vanilla tea and a basil sorbet, infused with local basil from the resort’s garden.

Far Niente will be open 6-10 p.m. local time from Thursday – Monday.
